The cost of the physique of my dreams

A few days ago I started a new stage in my personal project, building the most aesthetic physique possible, and believe me, it has been difficult LOL, you know how boring it is to weigh each meal and write down the nutritional information, but it is not important, it is very satisfying to know that I am doing things right for my body

BEFORE FLIRT4FREE I DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO DANCE

Before creating my profile, I didn't know how to dance (I still struggle with it, but I'm getting more comfortable). That's why you sometimes see me dancing and enjoying myself on my own. I have so much fun dancing by myself that sometimes I forget I'm live streaming and that people are watching me.

RUNNING DAY

On Sunday I went out for a run, I hadn't done it in a long time, the few times I did cardio it was at the gym, and it was a disaster LOL, but it was a good experience, even though it showed me that I can't run even a half marathon LOL.. We have to continue progressing, not abandon the intention of running, it is for health, to look better and to have sex without getting tired LOL

Do cardio again LOL

Yesterday I did cardio again after weight training, and believe me, it is difficult to try cardio again after such a demanding routine HAHAHAHA. However, one of the goals I have this 2026 is to be able to run a marathon or half marathon LOL, so yesterday was the first step to prepare for that great goal, in addition to improving physically and looking hotter for all of you. I had never sweated so much, but at the same time when I left the gym I felt so hot, wanting to fuck, it's a shame I don't have anyone to fuck with, would you like to fuck with me after the gym?

A Day of Little Candles and a Dream Come True

This weekend I stepped away from technology to enjoy "Dia de Velitas" the way it's meant to be lived: with family, lighting candles, making wishes, and soaking in that magical December feeling. And we also celebrated something that has me over the moon: I finished my law degree. I'm one step away from becoming a lawyer, and I couldn't be happier. We spent the day by the sea, candles by the waves, and complete peace. I came back recharged, happy, and ready for what's next. And yes... getting closer every day to becoming Alessio, your sexy lawyer you can trust.
