Just following up if those 100 free credits for VIP users have gone to the way side?
I send a few test messages since it's February now. Don't see those 90 available credits after sending messages. And they are being deducted from my wallet.
Is this a site error?
Or has this feature gone to the wayside?

this is indeed a site error. I first reported it to live chat support a few weeks ago. they refunded my credits wrongfully deducted from my wallet and said they were working on fixing the issue. I think live support would be the best bet for you here. honestly until the issue is fixed they should just add 100 credits to everyone's wallet every month

Just been thinking maybe it's got to do with the Trump tarrifs? Supposedly the everything Canadian 25%. Especially on the stuff he doesn't need from Canada. But this leaves me to wonder why he wants the 51rst state. Oh I guess he is so generous with his money he wants to put it in other peoples pockets. 🤔

Which to start with is a little confusing when I bought a 90 day VIP. But apparently the credits renew on the monthly date of VIP renewal or sign up.
It was coincidence that my last 90 VIP sign up was awfully close to the turn of calendar month. But my renewal date is the 8th of the month now. Thank you for the updated information. Might have been specified somewhere but I missed it.

If that's actually how it works that seems needlessly complicated. They should just use the calendar month, and if VIP membership expires in the middle of the month, they lose their remaining balance for that month.
I believe there is simply a bug with the credits being available at all, as I said before, last month my wallet was charged even though my VIP message credits still had a balance, and then those credits disappeared when I didn't sent any messages.

I can confirm that Live Support reps are indeed saying that the VIP credits are meant to reset on your monthly renewal date or anniversary. I can also confirm that that is absolutely not how they worked in January - I sent a message just after midnight on Jan 1sts and it was deducted from the VIP balance, even though my renewal date is the 3rd of the month. I guess I'll wait until tomorrow and see if this new system works, but this is absolutely a change.

Im ready to say the same thing for the month of January. But I would have to check what my renewal date used to be before I can confirm. I'm pretty confident it used to be the 7th. And I'm ready to believe the reset happened at midnight of Dec 31. But anyways I will wait until the 8th this time and watch closely.

Update:
On the 3rd which is the day of the month that my current VIP membership expires (not the day of the month I bought my most recent extension), my VIP DM+ credit balance still showed 0. I contact support, who said I had to wait until the 4th. DM+ credit balance still showed 0 credit balance up through today. Today I noticed that on my Transaction History it lists "DM+ credits for VIP user (100 credits)" on the 5th. So I transferred all credits to my Bank and sent a test message to a model. The message went through but the DM+ still showed 0 credits. I confirmed that the balance had not been taken out of my Bank, and contact Live Chat Support, who confirmed that my current DM+ credit balance was 90, and that any remainder of those 90 credits would expire on March 3rd.
So all in all not good but not horrible. Hopefully the visual tracker is fixed soon, and I guess I will wait and see after my next extension if the VIP balance credit shifts and results in any nonsense.

I purchased my most recent extension on the 15th, but my date of expiry is the 3rd (180 days later or whatever) and the 3rd is when I was told I would get the credits. I do have concerns about if that date moves when I buy my next package, could I possibly lose out on a months worth of DM credits? I.e. if the date moves from the 3rd to the 1st before I earn the credits from the 3rd. But that's a problem for a few months from now

Update: even though in February I was told that my March credits would be available on the 3rd, they actually did not populate until today, the 7th. I have now been told that the credit date is not based on calendar day of the month, but just every 30 calendar days. This at least makes sense to me, but I still think it's worse than their original system of just populating on the 1st of the month
