Technical Support: Lag, Skipping and Echo when in c2c
This topic has been brought up many times.I visit one model exclusively broadcasting from Romania. There has always been and echo/delay of my voice in cam2cam in her room no matter what settings I use suggested by live support. Today the models feed was freezing, skipping and lagging terribly. Her words were not synced up to lip movements. And the delay of hearing my voice was up to 10 seconds. We talked over each other and it was very disappointing to say the least. I know we members should leave the show and contact support immediately or else there is no chance to get a refund. This has been happening for more than a year. The models room has been checked by her support team and she states it’s not on her side. I’m really not looking for a refund. I’m just wondering what else can be done to minimize these technical difficulties. We all pay a lot of money to visit in private. I want to leave a show and be satisfied with the experience rather than literally having to resort to typing in private. Both myself and the model, today. Anyone else experiencing this situation all the time? Every time in private c2c?

I have in the past had problems with extreme lag time especially in pvt., I found some issues were with my PC so I did a RAM upgrade which helped considerably then I upgraded my internet provider service and it greatly improved, but occasionally conditions still caused issues. I have found that if I refresh my browser just before I enter into pvt it will greatly reduce that issue. I very seldom have had desirable results by changing player settings after entering pvt, I just use whatever is default and refresh then click "Start Show" and have fun...

I have 32 GB of RAM, 500 mb/sec internet, and an i7 processor with newly installed Windows 10 Pro and I am getting lag of up to 5 minutes on European models (I am in Texas, USA). I have timed it by asking the model to raise their hand in text and it takes several minutes for them to wave at me. This is not a PC issue.
It makes it very frustrating to even communicate much less have a private session. I have purposely not had private sessions when this type of lag exists. The models that are most affected are Czech.

Sounds like you've got pretty much the same setup I have except I have an older (2014) PC with the free Windows 10 upgrade from Windows 8. I have chatted with the same 2 models for over 4 years, one from Romania and the other from Russia. Since I upgraded to 500 mbs I have had very little problem with slow connection, lag. etc. As I said previously I usually refresh my browser just prior to entering private. I have always had issues with sound "feedback' when using c2c, so I have learned to use earbuds to almost totally eliminate that. i've also found that if "feedback" is an issue even with earbuds, the model may need to reduce her speaker and microphone volume. I am located in North Carolina, I usually have more connection/lag/quality issues with South America/Colombian models than Eastern Europe.

I live in Eu rope, I sometimes experience some delay in sound, I usually visit latinas. I rarely have any problems. However, other sites deliver perfect syncronized shows all the time. F4F is the problem, we all see things not working as it should, all the time.

If you scroll to bottom of page and click on “Live Support “ you can follow directions and chat with support associate. It being weekend time may take longer but they may be able to assist. You can also email support or call support number, all are listed at bottom of this page!

They suggested I send in an email too, which I will do.
I suspect that the Czech studio may be using a satellite link. Why else would there be a 5 minute video lag?

Glad they took care of refund!! I’ve had a favorite go offline and others still able to chat with her, but I couldn’t get back in her room. So it could also involve relay servers for your location or something like that?!??!??🤔😳
